The Finance Divisions of the Town of Yarmouth (Assessors, Collector/Treasurers and Town Clerks) are open daily starting 7/21/2020 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM and by appointment. While we are open, please continue to use the Town’s online services, mail-in, phone and Town Hall drop off capabilities. If for some reason these channels for interacting with the Town do not work then we look forward to serving you in Town Hall, 1146 Route 28, S. Yarmouth, MA 02664.

Residential and building permit inspections are being conducted by personnel from Vision Government Solutions. Residential cyclical inspections for Zone E in South Yarmouth have begun. Zone E consists of a portion of South Yarmouth bordered to the south by Old Main St. and Route 28, to the east by the Bass River, to the north by Captain Bacon Rd., and to the west by Forest Rd.
