Planning Board
Responsibilities
The Planning Board is:
  • Charged with regulating subdivision plans and cluster developments within the town
  • Responsible for creating and updating Yarmouth's Zoning Bylaws
  • The lead agency for the Town's Local Comprehensive Plan

Meetings
The Planning Board meets at 5:30 pm on the first and third Wednesday of each month in the Hearing Room on the lower level of Town Hall.
